My Favourite Book Character

My favourite book character is Greg  from diary of a wimpy kid because he is called in diary of a wimpy kid the long haul diaper  hands that was  hilarious. He looked    like a 12 year old boy with brown hair and white skin with brown eyes and casual clothes.  Greg like playing video games all day on his Ninetendo 3 switch with eating sugar 247. Things that are interesting about him he is a boy that does not like swimming, sports or looking after his brother Manny.

He is like a comedy very funny and always doesn’t  like to hang with his family just play video games.  Something his family is they love road trips, hanging out with the family.

The Awesome Trip To Rarotonga

2 weeks ago I went to the glorious Rarotonga. We went there for my 1st cousin Tahuri’s and Karlita’s  wedding we were there for 1 week and a half. We got their Friday night 10pm but we left 4pm Saturday cause Rarotonga is 25  hours behind. The area we stayed in was Titikaveka and in my dad’s friends house. My mum sadly decided to come a few days until Wednesday because my sister was very busy.

On our first day we went to  the Saturday morning market I bought with my $70 dollars I got given by my kind parents and grandparents  some shaved ice with pineapple strawberry and lime. My dad brought 2 sarongs all for himself I  had to pay him if I wanted one watch I did I have to pay him  $7.50  but I don’t regret I loved it.After a few hours we went to the beach I practised snorkeling for Wednesday. That was when we went to Captain Tama’s Lagoon Cruises when we went snorkeling. Eating kai and watch a coconut show how to husk,climb a tree and  how to do different sarong models and it was boys and girls wow. On the day of the wedding we went to get braids for the wedding and we had a jam having a dance and their first dance was beautiful the song was called lady song everyone joined in.Then we went home in the next two days.But our last day we were packing and having a blast we left at 10pm and got home 2am.

Nelson

In the holidays me, my mum, my dad and my sister had to drive to Auckland so we did take a plane to Nelson to meet my brother Michael and his girlfriend Trista and my new born niece Emma-Moana she is half Taiwanese and quarter English. She is 5 months old and she is the cutest baby under 1 years old. That is the reason why we went to Nelson. We stayed at the Anchor Lodge Motel . Straight away after we got out of the airport we went to my favorite  brothers house and of course Trista we were there for an hour then checked out the awesome motel.

After that we went to the beach called Tahunanui because it was over 30 degrees outside we had to, we were melting in the sun it was so hot.The same was for the other days we went to the beach but we did do alot of shopping we shopped for stationery, smiggle things and lots of clothes.

⚫These were my favorite highlights of term 3 one of them was my friend Olivia yang I just met she was from South Korea and had a sister called Katie that had the same birthday.
⚫After that was go for it for 8 weeks

⚫ After that was my favorite teacher ever birthday Miss Brolly she turned 27

⚫It was nice to meet our new friend Sahr he has came from England Berton capital of the bear  catergory  he his very nice and now lives here in Rotorua

⚫Juring term 3  I had lots of sleepovers I am very grateful.

Season Riddle

I am a season.

Leaves fall off the trees and make a pile of leaves warm blanket like leaves.

I love when the leaves change colour like green, brown, yellow, orange, red and sometimes purple.

Weather is getting colder and breezier and nice and cool.

The grass starts to turn the colour brown.

Snow and frost starts to come.

Nights get longer and days get shorter.

This is my favourite season what is yours.

Going To Motion

It was Friday afternoon the first week of the holidays I said to mum"Mum we're going to be LATE!" we quickly hopped in mums car and drove to motion. My cousins we're going to for their first time also my grand parents came I brang some money so I could play the games


When we got to motion we we're quite late. The people we're starting to get up the stairs to dialled  I finally found my cousins Mila, Joe and Ned they we're in the middle of the crowd.


Then we went on to the trampolines, I started with the tumbiling tramp first, I started off easy by doing a whole row of back hand springs till the end then I did a side flip into the pit.


Then  Mila a did a whole heap of front hand springs and then a front flip into  the pit Joe did some awesome side flips then a front flip to the pit wow!Ned started on the normal traps and did some cool tricks.


After an hours work we went to the arcade but first we went to the arcade but first we went to the Despicable Me 3 claw machine next to the tramps.Then we went to the arcade I  loved it first we played the lollyland game I won about 15 lollies Mila won 2 my favorite number, Joe won 6 Ned won 4, but that was when I got a VIP card. I get 10% off now.I had money left so I played NBA basketball ,  I only won 1 ticket at that game. Then I went to the little arcade shop. I bought a spring. I loved it there so I suggest you go.

Into the woods that was an amazing show these are reasons why I loved it 

it was interesting because there was five unbelievable fairytale stories made into one superb story it was made by the reasonably  talented John Paul College they put all their hard work into the show  and made it a big hit.

JROCK

Jrock is like a stage challenge for kids.  With a whole heap of different schools the different types of dance our school had was hip hop,contemporary ,jazz and lyrical our theme was recycling.We won a lot of awards but we did not win  against all the different schools.

Gymnastics competition

My favourite thing about the gymnastics competition in Te Puke is our school gymnastics team well some of us got to go and  I got to go  and I came 1st for tumbling I bet year 5 and 6s. And fourth overall novice girls.

MARIMBA

We had a marimba workshop and we learnt how to play a few songs that's because we had 2 marimba workshops. We were the luckiest class in the school we learnt a song that goes like this I like the mountains I like the rolling hill I like the daffodils I like the fire sty when the nights get cold singing du rapa du rapa du rapa du  ( reapeat over and over) and a few other songs.

WALT write a persuasive argument

Did you know that you can only drink 0.6% of the worlds fresh water. 


St Marys  are trying to persuade people to not waste or paloute water for the community.



Only a full wouldn't know that when you brush you teeth and you have the tap on and your not using the water turn the tap off because it wastes water because as I said before you only have 0.6% of water you can drink and use but you waste it if you keep the tap on when you brush your teeth!!


💧💦When you  have washing like 1 or 2 pieces of washing don't put it in your washing machine wait till you have  more washing like 12 more pieces than wash it because you use about 32 bottles of water.

🌍💧Thirdly when it rains get a bucket and collect the rain water because number one it is drinkable,you don't have to use the water from inside to water the gardens or hoses from outside you don't waste the 0.6% amount of water you have to drink and use in the world, but also make sure you don't litter because we made a promise to be caretakers of his  world and the litter pollute the water so the animals get sick and plants!!!!


🌏Here is a fact if you keep palouting and using the water and wasting it  the world will destroy in 2070 and one day the water will so valuable and expensive you don't know how lucky you will be these to even have water so be grateful for the water you have.🌏🌏🚰

My Narrative

Once upon a time there lived two adventureous kids longing for adventure their names are Kymani and Rosa they were two of the bravest people in the world!!One day they heard something it was that there was a wicked witch she was crule and terrifieing she guarded a mermaid cove right behind her well more like 15 metres when they heard about it they had to cheak it out.But what they did not know was it was also a mission the mermaids and mermen had to be saved by two brave children and that was them wow I know.But they have to pass the crule and terrifieing witch they gathered some things in their backpack and head off to the mermaid cove...hello guys i'm back to tell the story so they have just headed off to their mission on saving the mermaids also there cove from the wicked witch, but now what they have to do is find a way to pass the witch

Marimba Workshop

Today my class and I got to go to  a Marimba workshop in room 9. The people that were teaching us were Dr Neil, Carol,Adele and Jill. What I loved about it was we learnt some new songs to play on a Marimba and how to play the Marimba's. But me and my cousin Isaiah already new how to play, but it was great to learn more. I learnt to hold the sticks properly when we play the Marimba's. I struggled with the base marimba bit because I couldn't hear the noise. I really enjoyed it.We even got a extra  15 minutes !!!!!!

Little Red Riding Hood

Once upon a time there was a girl called Little Red Riding hood. She was called that because she was little and she wore a red hood. She had the color of a blonde skin person and brown eyes and brown long beautiful hair. She was capable to do anything except she was great but she was a bit gullible because the ferocious bad wolf managed to trick her to go and help her grandma. Little Red riding hood this is just my opinion but she was strong and brave but she was still so gullible.The End

Playing Oriano

Today  we went to play orianna. It is a game to play for Tongan people because it is pretty boring there but they use rocks instead of balls, we used a  beach ball for the game because  rocks are a little too hard to play with.We played the game in the school hall at about 10:30am to 11:00 am only the top 12 kids on maths whizz got to go and play the game but the top 12 with green ticks it wasn’t really top 12 it was more of the kids that got a message from   Jenna the lady from caritas.

Then we got into  the amazing  and very talented groups.

We still was making our group and talking about it  I mean by that is we get a plan.

After that we made our  2  intelligent lines.

We would do the tallest at the front and some of the shortest ones  so we could catch the ball.

3rd of all we started the game 5 4 3 2 1  may the game begin.

 

The only threws we can was a chest pass, a discuss it is when you turn then fly to the other team and last but not least a under arm throw with one arm.

This is how to play the game so you have two teams and you put the lines into as many lines of people there

are, playing the game then you can if you want make a plan for the group the aim of the game is to get the ball over to the other side with the  type of throw I told you about before. But their is another aim you throw the ball over and you have to try not to make the other team to catch it on the full because you need a space between the lines once you start playing the game. The End.

The Amazing swimming day

So this is how it started... It was a Tuesday morning my mum woke me up at 6.00 in the morning we were getting ready till 7.00 in the morning. Then we left to go pick my sister up from Waka Ama.Then we took two of her friends with us in the car, and my sister Grace to her school while we were driving Grace and her friends to school we listened to music very loudly. Then we left to the Aquatic centre for swimming sports the sports were drum roll please... Backstroke,Freestyle,breastroke,boat race, noodle soup, donut challenge, and last but not least flutter board challenge. I did all of them these are the places I came 1st four times 2nd two times 3rd once and 6th once.
