Writing Goals Term 2
By the end of term 2 I will be able to use different sentence starters to make my writing more interesting. Here is my proof to show that I accomplished my goal
Rosa & #your favourite daughter Ella!
Update: I can now use all the sentence starters. Now I am working on using less nouns at the start of my sentences
This is for the spectacular Shanelle
We are writing to you because we want to say thank you for checking on us to make sure we were not scared, worried or homesick. We are glad that you said goodnight to different rooms so they felt comforted.
You are obviously a kind person #mum because you help everyone if someone gets hurt you’ll help them. Also, another example is to help get things ready like meals or events. You help us to get along and help us to be better people.
No matter what you’re a funny, friendly and patient human being. We love that you’re not at all a bossy person. We think you’re the complete opposite of mean. All of us think you’re a very great person and when we mean great, no we mean super great. Thank you for coming to camp to help look after us.
We want to make a complement how you are beautiful inside and out, and the most resilient person.
The real reason we wrote to you was to say thank you for being there for
us, coming on camp so we could have a great time with you and being loving in the heart.
From,
Rosa & #your favourite daughter Ella!

Ascension Mass
What's the difference between the ascension and the resurrection?
The Resurrection is when Jesus was alive you could touch and talk to him like a human he had arisen from the dead and was human once again. 40 days later he ascended to heaven and could no longer touch, see or hear him.
Being sad his disciples moped for days Jesus ascended to heaven.

My camp reflection
My Camp reflection!
Two weeks ago the year 5/6 had school camp we went to Auckland and had the time of our life.
I think that camp was awesome and what I loved a lot was going to Motat and going on the sxx tram it is a type train but smaller and runs on gas.I think that it was unfair that I wasn't in my mums day group night group or bus.

I saw amazing views from the skytower and I love seeing at Rangitoto island a grey heron it is rare bird I see them at the lakefront sometimes and I took a photo with my grandparents.
I wonder if it was a pleasure for the Willow park staff to have us at their camp. I wonder how many different types of native birds their are on the magnificent Rangitoto. I wonder how much trouble the parents and teachers put in for us so we could have a lovely week of at camp in Auckland.
we saw some really funky old fashioned cars.
I loved the skytower Mrs Todd did the skyjump
This the beautiful head crown of Auckland
This was so fun to look at in Motat
